Orlando
is a backbone of the America’s tourism industry. Majority of
people come to Orlando to visit the legendary Walt Disney World Resort,
Universal Orlando Resort, or Sea World Orlando, each unique in their
products and services. Those who are not interested in taking tours in the parks drive to the east of Orlando to enjoy the beautiful warm
sea, white beaches, fine restaurants, and other fun associated with
the coastal life.
The Walt Disney World Resort, founded by a talented movie director and
entrepreneur Walt Disney, is the area’s biggest attraction comprising
of theme and water parks, hotels, town centers, shopping centers, resorts,
trolley, tours and offices in Orlando. Four major Walt Disney parks are
the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studious, and Animal Kingdom.
The Magic Kingdom is truly a majestic park, consisting of attractions with
company’s most-beloved characters like Aladdin, Peter Pan, Pirates
of the Caribbean, Mickey Mouse, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and Winnie the
Pooh to name a few. This park is not an exception to other parks and is
full of different types of restaurants, shopping centers, historical centers,
and theaters. The Epcot does resemble the Magic Kingdom in the quality
and quantity of restaurants and shopping centers, but has a unique theme
of its own. This Orlando’s park leads the tourist along several mini-countries,
offering a glance at the world’s most contrasting cultures. For example,
it is possible to see a copy of the Italy’s remarkable medieval Doges’ Palace
in mini-Italy. The MGM Studios are made for the fast ride lovers and the
Animal Kingdom is a home to hundreds of kinds of animals, birds, and reptiles.
Harry Potter Theme Park, a character created by the world-recognized British
author J.K. Rowling, has been recently opened at The Universal Studios
to get a deeper insights in life of young wizard Harry Potter. In addition
to Harry Potter, Hulk, Simpsons, and Shrek are awaiting a curious visitor
at the Universal Studious.
The Sea World Orlando, on the other hand, has devoted itself to a sea life,
including mammals, fish, jellyfish, and other sea residents. In this park
people enjoy not only wet rides, but also swim with dolphins and devil
fish, and even scuba diving with sharks. Because Orlando such a busy tourist
city, it has several types of transportation systems, including buses,
monorail, ferry boats, and a trolley service.
